We are a contemporary branding and selling strategy firm founded by marketing and sales executives. Our experience comes from both the Brand side and Sales side and we are uniquely qualified to build strategies for both.

We work with emerging alcohol brands to develop growth strategies including distributor relations, sales, marketing and chain management. We deliver go-to-market strategies for alcohol brands. MIKE MANION

Founder Partner / President

Energy and attitude can be contagious. Just ask anyone who’s worked with Mike. His passion and infectious attitude impact everything he does. Whether it’s finding new ways to move a brand’s business or motivating his team to rethink tradition, Mike’s drive and determination is unrelenting.

During his 20+ years managing creative, media and retail teams, Mike has demonstrated a keen ability to move business forward. He believes that conventions are meant to be broken. He inspires those around him to explore every angle and seize the opportunity to do the unexpected instead of settling for the simple solution. The by-product is bigger, better thinking which results in growth for brands.

CRAIG KRAMER

Founder Partner

Craig has diverse experience working with Fortune 500 clients such as Coca-Cola, Coors, and Sharp including event marketing, mobile marketing, sales promotions, field marketing, sponsorship activation and management. He comes with a thorough knowledge of the inner workings of the agency model and has managed/work with all of the following areas: account service, creative, media (print, radio, out of home, and TV), copy, print production, finance, merchandise and art buying.

KIM MANION

With over 10 years of B2C and B2B marketing for clients such as Pepsi, FritoLay, Polaris Industries, MillerCoors Wyoming Office of Tourism and Unilever, Kim has gained the skill set to truly make a positive impact. She is extremely detail oriented, organized and loves working to inspire and motive her team to get the best possible outcome.

GOOSE

Leading the culture committee, Goose's specialties include background ambient noise (aka snoring), keeping the couch warm and sharing a bite to eat.
